Manufacture
TOMS serves the energy, petrochemicals and construction industry in steel structure, piping, oil tank, offshore container fabrication, and mechanical work installation including offshore standards certified by DNV. & Lloyd’s Register. Our outstanding engineering, testing and inspection, construction, and raw material supply have earned us the trust that our reputation is built on.
TOMS has qualified welding procedure specification (WPS) that complies with AWS D 1.1, ASME and API standard. We are specialized in delivering high quality welding and load test operations.
Machinery
TOMS machinery workshop is specialized in manufacturing, repairing, and servicing of Oil Country Tubular Goods, Wellhead Equipment, Drilling Equipment and Accessories for the Oil & Gas Industry with certified API Q1 quality management system.
Our workshop is equipped with CNC machines, equipment and tools capable of performing machining, welding, inspection and testing.
Precision CNC turning and milling machines and solid works CAD/CAM are fully utilized to manufacture premium quality products to satisfy customers. All inspection and testing activities such as surface test, hydrostatic test, and other types of tests are performed with calibrated monitoring and measuring equipment.
Waste Management & Cleaning
Our facilities are certified by the Thai government and were awarded the permit factory license 105 & 106 to manage waste disposal for treatment and disposal by standardized and legalized institutions and cleaning contaminated materials and equipment from oil and gas business including parts from cutting equipment, petroleum platforms and pipes.

TOMS’s qualified construction teamwork under supervision of civil engineers with over 15 years of experience.
Property and Equipment Rental
TOMS’s open yards and warehouses with fully equipped facilities for rental are located in Plu ta Luang, Sattahip, Chonburi.
We also provide rental services of certified equipment available for onshore and offshore usage such as offshore cargo basket, offshore container, and office container.
Inspection and Testing
TOMS follows international standard in performing inspection& Testing services such as NDE, Load Test, Drop Test, Hydrostatic Pressure Test, etc. and have product quality control procedure, rules, and regulations with involvement of accredited third parties.
Loading & Transportation
TOMS provide certified mobile cranes and forklifts together with skilled operators. Our trailers are in place and ready to serve customer including cargo insurance, vehicle license and driving license.
Material Supply
TOMS has supplied high quality of material with material certificate according to customer's requirement.
Manpower Supply
TOMS supply both skilled and unskilled personnel able to work both onshore and offshore such as welders, fitter, rigger, and helper.
